New & Old Cathedral · Cloister · Audio guide · ★4.6 from 203 reviews
Salamanca has two cathedrals joined together: the Romanesque Old Cathedral of the 12th century and the vast late Gothic New Cathedral built beside it from 1513. This ticket covers both.
You also see the cloister and its chapter halls, and the exhibitions in the Episcopal Palace. An audio guide, available in several languages, explains the architecture and the artworks as you go.
The entrance is on Plaza de Anaya, about five minutes' walk down Rúa Mayor from the Casa de las Conchas.
This is the official cathedral ticket sold online, at a price close to the €10 you'd pay on the door. Booking ahead saves queuing at busy times. The Ieronimus tower climb is a separate ticket.

You want to see the cathedrals at your own pace, with an audio guide, on the same walk as the Casa de las Conchas.
